Phone sketching

Many of us doodle when we are on hold or talking on a long phone call. Mostly of mine are very abstract - despite the kind of illustration work I do - but once in awhile something more developed pops into my mind. This sketch is from when I was on hold with the medical insurance folks. Not sure if I will bother to paint it up - I have another sketch I like better ;)
